Program Overview
The Food & Beverage program equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic world of food service and hospitality. Through hands-on training in culinary arts, food safety, menu planning, customer service, and beverage management, students are prepared for a variety of roles within the food and beverage industry. This program covers essential topics such as food preparation, kitchen operations, inventory management, and front-of-house service, giving students the practical experience necessary to thrive in restaurants, hotels, catering, and event planning. Graduates are prepared for careers as chefs, sous chefs, restaurant managers, catering coordinators, and baristas, with the expertise to work in both small establishments and large, high-volume venues.
